Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of TradeChefPro at tradechefpro.com and our iOS and Android apps. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
What TradeChefPro is
TradeChefPro provides options and equity education and analytics: trade ideas, alerts, and research tools. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary. Nothing on the site or in the apps is personalized investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell any security, or a guarantee of results.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter this agreement. The service is not directed at children.
Accounts
- You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity on your account.
- You may sign in with email or supported social providers (Google; Sign in with Apple when enabled).
- You can delete your account from Account settings.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid Pro access is billed by Stripe on our website. Prices are shown on the pricing page. You can cancel recurring plans through the Stripe customer portal linked from Account settings. Lifetime access, if purchased, does not auto-renew.
The iOS app does not sell subscriptions inside the app. If you subscribe on the website, the same account unlocks Pro in the apps.
Broker connections
If you connect a brokerage account, you authorize us to use the credentials or tokens you provide to place or track orders according to your settings. You remain solely responsible for those orders, risk limits, and compliance with your broker's terms. Paper/sandbox mode is the default until you explicitly enable live trading.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Do not share your Pro login in a way that circumvents billing.
- Do not use the product for unlawful trading or market manipulation.
Intellectual property
TradeChefPro branding, layouts, and original content are owned by us. You may not copy the product or resell our alerts as your own service.
Disclaimer
Options and equities involve substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any idea, alert, or backtest is not indicative of future results. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeChefPro and its operators are not liable for trading losses, missed alerts, data delays, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or discontinue features. Material changes will be posted on this page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
